St. Petersburg subway tunnel == Underplex

Following on from my entry earlier this month about the pictures of an old Soviet submarine base posted on the Russian-language LiveJournal blog of one "Russos," loyal citizen Oddsod Blok'd (who reviews PARANOIA supplements as "Matthew") writes once more to report still another incredible, absolutely must-see set of Russian Russos photos. "This particular set is from the subway tubes under Saint Petersburg, I believe. I know I've gotten the city right, at least. This time they perfectly fit The Underplex. I'd like to see what Jim Holloway would do if he were given, say, the picture with the huge machine."

Comments:
Commendation to Matthew. Pretty much exactly as I pictured the transtubes. After the Cold War, Russia remains a good source for inspiration for Paranoia.

If I could choose a Jim Holloway picture, I imagine he'd use the 3rd picture from the bottom, with the subtle 380V box on the right side (Is that 180A blow the 380V? That's a LOT of current). Tech and Power Services personnel would be arguing on the walkway to the left about something just beyond the camera point, while from the track on the right side a transbot approaches with a broadly grinning Death Leopard hero in the front waiting for the BOOM!

Sorry for posting twice, but this one's too good not to post here (also from Russos):
Commie Train coming...

No, seriously. If you make non-commercial use of stuff here, that's fine, but we reserve all commercial rights, and all rights to prepare derivative material on things posted here. In addition, posters of comments must be aware that we reserve the right to use whatever material they post here, and/or derivative works therefrom, in PARANOIA, supplementary products, licensed products, or derivative work, without any compensation whatever, for all time to come and throughout this universe and any alternate universes that may be discovered. At our discretion, and without obligation, we may, if it strikes our fancy, make a good faith effort to credit you for stuff we use, but we can't promise it won't slip our minds, in the hurly-burly of meeting deadlines. (Actually, we intend to do that, but it's possible we'll screw up.) By posting comments, you grant us a non-revocable, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use whatever you post, in whatsoever fashion we deem useful, here or in any other forum, in PARANOIA or in any and all future products, including but not limited to derivative works, and specifically but not exclusively including the microbrewery beer, ale and porter; salty and sugary snack; and tattoo design rights deriving therefrom. Woohoo! Is that enough legalese for you? The Computer is Your Friend.
