Award ceremony
- Dan Gelber, Eric Goldberg, and Greg Costikyan, designers of the original 1984 edition of PARANOIA and now co-owners of the PARANOIA property. (Eric and Greg administer the license, with Dan as silent partner.) They have presided over the current refashioning of Alpha Complex with endless patience, generosity, and intelligence.
- Mongoose Publishing, which has published more PARANOIA material in 17 months than West End Games did in any five or six years of the 1980s and early 1990s.
- The Traitor Recycling Studio, a loyal collective of over a dozen hardy writers who truly get PARANOIA -- a dismayingly rare gift. (What is more painful to read than a PARANOIA article by someone who just -- doesn't -- get it?) In the coming year the Traitors may expand their purview beyond PARANOIA; I'll keep you posted.
- Jim Holloway, the One True PARANOIA Artist. For the artwork in the current line Jim has risen to my every challenge and surpassed my every expectation. Long may he continue!
- My wife, Beth Fischi, who has helped edit and lay out most of the PARANOIA books to date, and who collaborated with me on the eponymous mission in WMD, the finest roleplaying supplement I've ever been involved with.
- Paranoia-Live.net, still the unrivaled Elective Activity or Pursuit Club for all Alpha Complex citizens, loyal or otherwise.
- The reviewers, who do more to publicize PARANOIA than anyone else, and whose insightful comments improve the line. Keep it up! (There is at this writing no published review of the STUFF equipment book, hint hint.)
- The players and readers -- well, duh!
- The cast and crew of the Fox TV medical drama House M.D. -- not because they have anything to do with PARANOIA; I just like the show.
This completes the scheduled portion of our award ceremony. Interested citizens may now shower praise on these deserving individuals, organizations, and entities.

No, seriously. If you make non-commercial use of stuff here, that's fine, but we reserve all commercial rights, and all rights to prepare derivative material on things posted here. In addition, posters of comments must be aware that we reserve the right to use whatever material they post here, and/or derivative works therefrom, in PARANOIA, supplementary products, licensed products, or derivative work, without any compensation whatever, for all time to come and throughout this universe and any alternate universes that may be discovered. At our discretion, and without obligation, we may, if it strikes our fancy, make a good faith effort to credit you for stuff we use, but we can't promise it won't slip our minds, in the hurly-burly of meeting deadlines. (Actually, we intend to do that, but it's possible we'll screw up.) By posting comments, you grant us a non-revocable, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use whatever you post, in whatsoever fashion we deem useful, here or in any other forum, in PARANOIA or in any and all future products, including but not limited to derivative works, and specifically but not exclusively including the microbrewery beer, ale and porter; salty and sugary snack; and tattoo design rights deriving therefrom. Woohoo! Is that enough legalese for you? The Computer is Your Friend.
